Friends of Double Joy (charity no 1087172) is committed to ensuring that any personal information on donors and supporters is stored securely. We keep certain personal information in order to carry out our day to day operations, to meet our objectives and to comply with legal obligations. Friends of Double Joy (FODJ) therefore a Data Controller under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Directive on Data Protection (GDPR) introduced in 2018.
In line with the Data Protection Act 1998 principles FODJ will ensure that personal data will:

Gift Aid Forms
We use these forms to claim gift aid on donations in accordance with HMRC regulations
We will hold and dispose of this data securely. If you want to know what data we hold on you, or to ask us to delete it, please email doublejoy1994@gmail.com we will dispose of your personal data by deleting electronic files or shredding paper copies.
